What happens during a consult
During the mandatory 15-minute consultation at Macey's, your stylist listens to your hair goals and inspects current condition, including color history, texture and any visible damage. We'll discuss possibilities—color services, haircuts, or treatments—and note limits or maintenance needs that affect how realistic certain looks will be for your daily life.
The consult fee is $30 and the meeting lasts 15 minutes; that fee applies directly toward any service you book afterward. If your plan requires more extensive work or testing, we’ll schedule the appropriate follow-up appointment so the actual service has the correct time and price allocated.

Macey’s is located in Downtown Allen near North Allen Drive and West Main Street, with convenient access from U.S. Highway 75. If you plan to combine a consult with shopping or lunch, nearby Watters Creek and the Village at Allen are easy options; book early during April, September and October, our busiest months.
